3 Multipolis group work sessions in Trent Province
Three
training sessions have been funded in Trent Province; the sessions are
addressed to educational and social workers active in the field of
care with psychiatric diseases.
The
three training sessions will be conducted as Multipolis workshops.
The
objectives of these working sessions are focused to raise the
professionals awareness on the dynamics taking place with people with psychiatric needs, from the
moment of the insertion into support programmes, during the eventual emergency
situations and at the closure of the programmes.
The
awareness of the means of the specific roles of care, of the
possibilities arising from the relation of care and of the needed
relational competences will support the care-workers into
the setting of more human and deep care-giving relations. The workshops will
contribute to a deeper understanding of the conditions of people with psychiatric needs, so to
strengthen the professionals awareness regarding the delicacy of the
relation of care.
